I chose the lean plan as a friend recommended it and seeing the results from other people I hoped I could achieve the same. I absolutely enjoy the training we do as it’s something I wouldn’t have the confidence to do in a gym by myself. I recommend the lean plan to anyone who is looking to get in shape and progress each week! I have had great results throughout my first lean plan and look forward to seeing more progression throughout my next lean plan! 😀
