Beth's Story 

My mum recommended doing the lean plan with her as she loved it and I was moaning about my body but not doing anything about it 😂. I am so grateful she dragged my arse of the sofa and introduced me to Russell and the lean plan. I have NEVER eaten balanced, and I had a very unhealthy relationship with exercise previously, I'd be obsessed. But this plan has taught me to eat balanced, healthy food and 3 meals a day, it also showed me that my body is strong! I suggest it to anyone and everyone. Best decision 👍
