Mibootcamp

Charlie's Story 

Nearing the end of my first lean plan mibootcamp and cant believe how far I have come. Seeing progression with each session as well dropping weight and improving on all my stats. Russell's drive and passion is infectious. Making you push harder, to get that extra rep, to up the weight and to give it your all. His knowledge and attention to detail is crucial to this as well. Ensuring correct form and technique are in place with tips and advice on how to get there. With all the nutrition and diet tips too it's like having your own personal trainer for 6 weeks but in a group environment with a great atmosphere. With all varieties of abilities and experience being present in this course, the lean plan offers something for everyone and I couldn't recommend highly enough.
