Dawn's Story 

I decided to join the lean plan because I had gained quite a lot of weight over the past couple of years and was feeling pretty rubbish about my body and my fitness. My clothes either didn’t fit or were getting too tight and I knew I had to take action! I felt nervous joining as I didn’t know anyone else on the plan but I decided to take the plunge and I am so glad that I did! I have really enjoyed the lean plan, the outdoor, group setting suits me much better than going to a gym and this is the first plan that has actually worked for me, having tried and failed attempting countless other ways in which to lose weight and improve my fitness levels. I still have a way to go before I reach my goal, but for the first time in a long time I feel like I am actually making progress and that my target is actually achievable
