Kate's Story 

I have really enjoyed the lean plan. I am a sporadic exerciser who finds committing to regular exercise hard. The lean plan is 6weeks long, signing and committing to those exercise sessions was what I needed. Russell leaves a break before the next course starts so I know I just need to focus for those weeks and then can have down time. I have always focused on cardio and it would aggravate my knee injury and lead to a long hiatus from exercise. The weights have been very beneficial, my knee is feeling stronger and I have been able to continue with the course without any pain and have seen my strength improve throughout the course. Russel is so supportive and motivating throughout. The group sessions are great you really get to know your group, who spur you on with the weights and reps.
