Mel's Story 

I have attended two lots of the 6 week lean muscle plan and have loved every minute. Russell is inspirational and encouraging. I never thought I would be able to lift the 20kg bar let alone add weights to it, but I have increased the weights week on week. The other leaners are brilliant too. I didn’t know any of them well before I started the plan but now I consider them all friends. I am ready to start again in January and continue my inch loss now that I am ‘bar savvy’. Thanks Russell Byham for continuing to push me and encourage me. M x
