Sarah's Story 

The lean plan 2 years after having my youngest child I realised that I wasn’t going to magically loose weight or tone up by not doing anything about it! So I joined the 6 week Lean Plan and I am so so pleased I did. My results in just 6 weeks have amazed me, I’ve not just lost weight, my body shape has changed, I feel so much stronger and have more energy. All for just 3 hours a week. The recipes provided are quick, simple, tasty and suitable for all the family. I would recommend the Lean Plan to anyone wanting to improve their fitness, loose weight and have fun whilst doing so with a limited amount of free time!
