4 weeks in leaner has lost 6.2kgs Wow Just over half way through 6 week lean plan with miBootcamp and lost a stone! Feeling stronger aswell as back lifting heavy weights after loads of little injuries. Massive thanks to Russell at miBootcamp, he has been great help with advice on nutrition and his workout program.
