Lauren's Story 

I am so looking forward to starting back at MiBootcamp tomorrow for the Lean Plan with Russell and the rest of the leaners.
This last phase I wasn’t able to commit to all the sessions due to personal commitments however I have still managed to drop a dress size and I have started to feel more confident in my own skin again. I am feeling more toned all over and I can definitely see a difference in my shape.
When I started my first round of the Lean Plan last year I could only manage to lift the bar (20kg) and now I’m lifting triple/quadruple that and I’m looking forward to seeing what I can lift by the end of this next 6 week phase.
Along with the weekly training sessions you are provided with a Lean Plan Cook book which has a food plan and tasty recipes. The Facebook support group/recipe sharing etc is invaluable.
Russell is an amazing trainer and really knows his stuff! He is very patient, supportive and encouraging. I have met some lovely people during the Lean Plan and I find myself looking forward to Mon/Weds/Fri evenings to have a laugh with the rest of the gang whilst working hard (the 5:45 gang should be moved til after the watershed 😂).
