FITNESS TRAINING FOR STUDENTS AGES 11-15

Our mibootcamp timetable is designed for ages 11-15 and involves more athletic movement, emphasising power, speed, and strength using age-appropriate weightlifting. This program informs our young about healthy lifestyles.
