Michells's Story 

This week was the end of my 6 week mi bootcamp course. Official weigh day and measurements!!- I am shocked by the results, body fat is 10.4% down, 12lb in weight and 32cms loss in total since Russ first weighed/ measured me!!!! I’m amazed!! I’ve found breaking my weight loss down into smaller goals, like this 6 weeks bootcamp challenge keeps me much more motivated!! I have been running regularly & a 1 x weekly PT session on top but it’s mainly been weights 3x a week for 6 weeks! This was total outside my comfort zone and I’ve never really done free weights before - I LOVE it!! Meeting a lovely lot of fellow leaners was fab too!! @mibootcamp I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this challenge! Thankyou!!!
