Suzies Story 

Half way into my first lean plan, and I am really enjoying it, starting to see a physical change but more importantly I’ve learnt a lot about food and nutrition which will stay with me. The workouts are tough but great fun. With the leaners support and the trainers pushing me, each session I’m noticing a difference in my strength. I would highly recommend joining, thank you to Russell and all the team for their help so far, looking forward to see what the next 3 weeks bring 😊
