Kayleigh's Story 

I signed up to the 6 week lean plan after becoming bored and unmotivated at the gym. The 6 weeks on the plan have gone so quickly and the sessions have actually been great fun, I’ve even looked forward each one (who knew working out could actually be enjoyable haha)! I’ve lost 1.6kg and 3 inches from my waist and I feel much stronger and fitter than I did before starting the plan. Everybody else on the plan is so lovely and encouraging creating a great atmosphere, and Russell has been great throughout, always offering advice and support when needed. I’ve enjoyed the plan so much that I’ve signed up for another 6 weeks and I can’t wait to get back to it 💪🏼
