What is mibootcamp


Mibootcamp is a  intense exercise session that challenges every muscle in your body. By rapidly moving from exercise to exercise with little rest in between, you tone up and firm muscles while getting great cardiovascular workout at the same time.

Mibootcamp helps you push yourself harder because most people rarely push themselves as hard as an exercise professional will. We’re not looking for you to do anything to cause you physical injury, but we will push you to work harder than you normally would on your own. This helps you build stronger muscles faster, develop better endurance and accelerate your fitness and fat burning goals.


Mibootcamp program can help you burn up to 600 calories in just one 60 minute session.  We pursue many different physical activities including the use of Circuit and High-intensity interval training (HIIT). These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and improved fat burning resistance training using .

We also target strength building and muscular endurance. using variety of equipment and own body weight. This combination of exercises will boost results much quicker than typical exercises and even workout classes.
