Kerrie's Story 

After a bit of a tough year I became quite inactive and was eating and drinking the wrong thing, I knew that had to change. I had read some impressive reviews on social media of Russell’s new lean plan and decided to give it ago, I’m so glad I did. The classes are small and inclusive with Russell tailoring the plan to individual needs, pushing you where he can see the potential to do so. I feel fitter and stronger and I’m pleased with the change in the shape of my body, getting lean and not bulky. I’m also sleeping better and feel more reactive throughout the day. I’m so thrilled with the progress made in just 6 weeks, I decided to sign up again for round 2. 💪🏻
