Liz's Story 

Having just finished my 2nd lean plan I am really pleased with my on going progress.i feel stronger and fitter and more confident with the techniques each session.I have lost weight,inches and improved my overall health by reducing my bmi and body fat. Russell is a great motivator and everyone is friendly ,supportive and encouraging and there is always lots of laughter! I would thoroughly recommend the plan to anyone who wants to improve their fitness,strength and body shape working in small groups which creates a personalised environment.
