A: The bistro is located adjacent to Mibootcamp. It's an independent café located within the grounds of Little Channels. The bistro is open to all and is the perfect place to refuel after a gruelling workout 


Q: It’s my first time! Which class should I start with?


Welcome to Mibootcamp! We have over 18 different classes across 3 distinct disciplines: conditioning, strength, and mobility. We advise starting with one of our strength classes on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday to ease you into training with us. Purchase our 7 day trial, which gives you a choice of 18 classes over 7 days and use in this time to begin your fitness journey with us. For those more advanced or confident, all of our classes offer a varied approach for achieving the same result: pushing you out of your comfort zone, so book into whichever class you fancy and our experienced coaches will guide and support you through the session.

Q: What are the T's and C's of the 7 Day Trial?


A: The 7 Day Trial provides you access to a choice of 18 classes over the course of 7 consecutive days. It will activate on the day of your first class. You will have access to all the classes on the timetable. If you cancel a class late (less than 10 hours before the class) or do not attend a class you have booked, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.


Q: It’s My First Time! What do I need to know?

 
A: We advise members to arrive 15 minutes before class so that you can meet your trainer, other members and prepare for the session. Our trainers will take you through the game plan so you know exactly how to tackle the class and then you can mentally prepare for the session. All you will need is appropriate training clothes; a pair of trainers, a water bottle and you’re all set. Please note we do not allow members to enter class if you are late, due to health and safety reasons.

Q: How far in advance can I book a class?

 
A: Classes open 10 days in advance so you can pre-book into prime-time spots.



Q: I’ve loved my trial sessions. How do I become a member?

 
A: Speak to one of our coaches after class or check out the membership options right here on our website to see what’s available for you. We offer long term commitments, month to month rolling plans and class bundles.

Q: Is it an open gym?

 
A: We are not an open gym. We work on a class-based format, running on average 2-5 classes per day from morning to evening. Mibootcamp is not available as an open gym outside of class times.

Q: Are members shown how to use the equipment?
A: Yes, every new member will be shown the equipment and supported through each class by a trained coach

Q: What is the process/penalty for cancelling classes?
A: If you are unable to make a booked class, we ask that you cancel at least four hours in advance of the class start time to avoid receiving a £5 charge . Our classes are busy at peak times, so this does mean that there are waiting lists for classes, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment. If you know you are not going to make it please give somebody else the chance to come along. 

Q: Is there a minimum age to join?
A: Members must be at least 16 years old at the time of which the membership begins.

Q: Mibootcamp staffing policy
A: There will be a trained coach on-site during each class to assist with any questions or issues.

Q: Can I try before I buy?
A: Yes, we offer a week trial for only £25. This includes full access to our classes. Click here to take advantage of this offer.

Q: How do I pay?
A: When you take out a membership with Mibootcamp, you will be asked to complete a direct debit mandate. The payment will be taken automatically on (1st of the month) the same day each month. The first months' payment will be taken on the day of signing up on a pro-rata basis.

Q: How long are your classes?
A: Classes run to the hour, giving us time for a thorough warm up and cool down. Actual training time is approx 40 minutes.

Q: Do I need to be fit already?
A: The short answer is no. We welcome every person into our classes from absolute beginners to advanced athletes. We have experienced coaches who can offer regressions on all exercises should you need it, we allow you to work at your own pace and our community is warm and friendly and will support you whatever level you are at.

Q: When are your bootcamp classes?
A: Bootcamp classes run every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Saturday will be a team based cardio session where an element of competition pushes you to get more from the workout. Tuesdays and Thursdays are more of a big group session, training as one!

Q: I want to lift weights, can I do that here?
A: Absolutely. We set the bar high when it comes to heavy lifting in a group class format. We have barbell work including deadlifts, squats and bench press using Olympic bars and plates. We have structured our classes so that stronger people have the opportunity to lift heavy with all the necessary kit they might need whilst also supporting our members who are newer to lifting. We have 1 Rep Max classes in the last week of every 6 week strength plan, so you can challenge yourself and improve your PB's as you get stronger.

Q: When are strength sessions?
A: Strength sessions fall on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We run a programme that changes every 6 weeks and focuses on hypertrophy training (muscle building), strength training, and power training (developing explosive strength).

Q: Do you offer corporate sessions or private sessions for group classes?
A: Yes, bring the whole team down to class!  We can offer corporate memberships for groups that join from the same office or workplace. For any corporate or general enquiries contact Russell at info@mibootcamp.co.uk 

Q: How do I book a session?
A: You can book a session right here on our website. Click on the ‘book in’ tab at the top of the page. Be sure to select the right class!

Q: How does your referral program work? 
A: If you are a member with us at Mibootcamp on a rolling commitment or 6 months upfront, you receive 1 free month for every member that you refer to membership (after they have been with us for three months). If you refer a friend to purchase a bundle or if you are a bundle buyer yourself then you gain £50 credit off your next bundle for your referral.  The more you refer, the more you earn!
