Harp's Story 

I’m half way through my 3rd lean plan. I joined Mibootcamp and the lean plan to help me with my goal of losing 2 dress sizes. I didn’t want to follow another diet where I’d have to starve myself or stop eating carbs etc. 
I wanted to find something I could stick to. The food plan has been great on the lean plan! Simple, quick and tasty recipes. I have learned a lot about what I should be eating, when and why. 

I was a bit apprehensive about the workouts before I started. I had not been exercising for 2 years. I had absolutely nothing to worry about! I am loving the workouts. I am more confident, stronger and leaner. I have dropped a dress size in the first 6 weeks and am working hard to do it all again! 

I would definitely recommend the lean plan and Mibootcamp to anyone who is looking to feel good, inside & out. I am feeling great and it’s all thanks to Russell and his plan. Russell and the team are amazing. So encouraging and very knowledgable. All the members are lovely and very supportive too.
